A Kentucky man could look up to 20 years in jail in the wake of being discovered blameworthy of cutting his better half’s scalp off and requesting his pitbull to assault her.
The assault happened on Sept. 14, 2015, the Daily Mail revealed. Zachary Gross, 31, struck sweetheart Marilyn Stanley for 60 minutes, expelled her scalp with a blade, and had his pit bull, Capone, bite off a segment of her ear.
Net at that point put Stanley’s disjoined scalp in a plastic pack and dropped her off at her mom’s home. Stanley was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where specialists affirmed that 80 percent of her scalp was absent.
Stanley additionally endured a broken nose. Her eyes were swollen, and had all the earmarks of being the extent of balls.
The casualty told police that Gross had punched her in the face six times, and kicked her in the stomach before advising his puppy to assault her.
Boone County Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney Leanne Beck told the jury during closing arguments that Gross was triggered after seeing a photo of Stanley in the park with her son on Facebook, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.
The photo was posted by another man, sending Gross into a jealous rage.
